Inland Empire Annual Survey

Since 1987, the Inland Empire Research Consortium at California State University San Bernardino has conducted the Inland Empire Annual Survey. This survey involves a telephone poll of approximately 1,500 San Bernardino County residents to gauge public opinion about "quality of life" and transportation issues in San Bernardino County.

The survey includes questions about transportation, education, safety, the local economy, and the best and worst things about living in the county. SANBAG uses this document to support policy decisions and to analyze opinions about issues affecting the county and the Inland Empire as a whole.
