In 2004, San Bernardino County voters overwhelmingly approved the extension of the Measure I sales tax, with 80.03% voting to extend the measure.

  SANBAG released the Measure I 2010-2040 Draft Strategic Plan for review and comment on December 4, 2008. The final version of the plan is anticipated to be presented to the SANBAG Board of Directors for final approval on April 1, 2009.
