  • STIP and I-15-La Mesa/Nisqualli Interchange Q and A
    On March 5, 2008, the SANBAG Board of Directors approved the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) application to receive funding for $448 million in transportation projects in San Bernardino County, $83 million of which is for projects in the High Desert/Mountain Region.
  • Quarterly Economic Report: April 2008
    As California’s State budget looms ahead in an air of uncertainty, San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) will continue moving forward with plans for future transportation upgrades as projects receive the necessary funding.
  • Passenger Rail Short Range Transportation Plan
    This Short-Range Transit Plan provides basic information about the transit services provided in San Bernardino County, including performance, needs, deficiencies and a proposed plan for operations and capital investments covering the next five years. 
  • Development Mitigation Nexus Study and Arterial Project List The Measure I 2010-2040 development mitigation program approved by the SANBAG Board of Directors on November 2, 2005 and amended on November 7, 2007 is comprised of Appendix K (Nexus Study) and Appendix J (Implementation Language) of the Congestion Management Program.  All of the most recent Board-adopted components of the development mitigation program are posted below.:

Public Meetings Offer Glimpse of Passenger Rail Service
In April, the public had two opportunities to get an up-close look at a proposed new transit corridor from San Bernardino to Redlands. The two scoping meetings, which were held at Redlands City Hall and the historic Santa Fe Depot in San Bernardino, introduced the alternatives available for the nine-mile corridor, referred to as the “Redlands Corridor.”
