The purpose of this RFQ is to select a consultant to assist SANBAG with construction support services, including construction management, materials testing, and construction surveying for the project to construct direct freeway to freeway connectors between SR-210 and I-215 and related miscellaneous improvements on I-215 from Massachusetts Avenue to University Parkway.
