Plans & Programs Committee
This committee provides ongoing policy level oversight for:

The countywide Comprehensive Transportation Plan and input into the revisions of the Regional Transportation Plan.

Congestion Management Program (CMP) revisions, policies relative to deficiency plans, state and federal funding and programming requirements, and related issues.

Programs to implement or coordinate subregional or local transportation control measures.

Programming issues related to the CMP Capital Improvement Program, the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) and air quality conformity.
Meetings
The Plans and Programs Committee regularly meets at 12 noon on the third Wednesday of every month.
